Universal Art for Self-Discovery

Universal Art for Self Discovery is about self-exploration and healing. By expressing ourselves through creative arts such as Mandala, painting, yoga, or movement, we are better able to connect with our inner selves leading to greater self understanding and healing. You do not have to be a great artist to benefit from Expressive Arts. All you need is an open mind, trust, and hope. It is ideal for anyone suffering from anxiety, grief, depression, or trauma.
