Expressive Arts Therapy
Expressive Art Sessions combine art and counseling. Expressing yourself via art- such as painting, writing or movement allows you to communicate feelings and emotions in a positive way. By exploring and expressing feeling, you are better able to communicate and uncover hidden feelings within yourself, and learn how to deal with them. Expressive Art therapy is a great tool for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or anyone who just wants to learn more about themselves.
Dr. Mollie Isaacson is a licensed psychotherpist and has a PhD in clinical psychology. She has over thirty years of experience in private clinical practice.
